HELP! Supporting documents not returned

Hi all,

I've applied for further leave to remain (FLR(LR)) on 29/08/2023 which was approved on 28/10/2023 and received my BRP on the 03/11/2023. However, the passport which I submitted when I made my application has not been returned. I have phoned UKVI on 0300 790 6268 on two occasions 21/11/2023 and 06/12/2023. The operator said that they have escalated this to the relevant department, but nothing has happenned since.

Are there any other ways I could escalate the issue as it's ridiculous to not have my passport for nearly 2 months now after the decision has been made.

Where/how did you submit your passport?

AFAIK you never give away your documents, you keep them?
Also, what category did you apply in? I don't think there's a FLR (LR); there's just ILR?

I submitted my passport as requested by UKVI when providing my biometrics at SSC Sheffield.
