Family Visa -Dependant applying from Outside UK

Hello Experts ,
I am a British Citizen looking forward to get married in India next Jan/Feb .I work as a IT contractor and was jobless from Sept until now (Dec).I will be joining new contract from Jan though.I have gone through the rules to apply dependant /Family Visa and few below questions

1) How can i give 6 months pay slips and bank statements when i am jobless for last 3 months ?
2) What sort of documents should i provide from my limited company instead of providing Pay slips and bank statments ? Please bear in mind that i havent taken any salary in the last 3 months from my limited company.
3)Rules say that it takes 6 months to get the dependant visa . Is it 1-6 months or definetly 6 months ?
IF so is there any quicker route to get the girl into UK ?
4) I have read about Fiance visa.IF i get the girl on Fiance visa to UK , can i convert her visa to Family/ Dependant visa within UK or does she need to go back to India and apply again ?
5) IF i can convert her fiance visa to family visa , how early can i convert that as fiance visa is given only for 6 months ?

4. Once entered UK on fiance visa, get to registry and get wedding done in UK, immediately you have your marriage certificate and haven met all other requirements she can switch to spouse visa in UK.

5. As soon as the day you have marriage certificate.

If you have earned £18,600 in the 12 months preceding the application (including the jobless 3 months), you can apply with that evidence (payslips/bank statements, etc).

It can take upto 6 months. But that is a guideline, a target, an aspiration, not a hard-and-fast rule. It can take longer, or it can be earlier than six months.
