Work visa

Hi everyone please need little bit help my English is not good but I try my best to understand you all
My question is my brother lives in England and he also in asylum but his wife and children live in Pakistan . So my question is can his wife apply to work permit for uk and if she apply for work permit is it easy for getting visa or not ? Because she's husband already in asylum in uk so anybody understand my question then please reply me thnx

She needs an employer who has a sponsor licence to sponsor a work visa.

What work does she do or will she look for?

His husband already found an agent in uk to give work permit care home visa but main question is if they apply for work permit when her ask uk immigration where is your husband and what he doing ? Then if she tell trust her husband in asylum ? So what is your opinion visa get or rejected?
