is there any information about the situation now with regards to Assign a CoS timeline(time taken to assign a CoS) in this month -December 2023

Are there any delays or stoppages or postponement or such like .
any experiences or actual information would be good to know

Can any one share information regarding the same.?
or do the CoS still get assigned in a day as it was before.?
