Switching Job with 6 months due to ILR !!

Dears,
I am currently in PBS visa (Tier 2 General) and due for ILR by coming June'2024.
Now I am looking to switch job due to some personal reasons, once I secure a job and deciding to pay for my visa myself (as I don't want to count that as reason during salary negotiations) then do I need to pay full visa application fees (£551) or only for remaining 6 months (prorated similar to Healthcare surcharge) till my ILR due in June'24?

Please advise? TIA

You pay the visa fee in full and ihs based on rhe length of the CoS. There is no prorated visa fee.

How long is the CoS for?

Thanks for your response. Hope you are asking the current CoS which is valid till 1st week of July'2024.
