BRP Expiry Date

Hi,

I am switching employers on Skilled Worker visa and my current visa is valid until 2026.

In the new UKVI application form it is asking for BRP Expiry Date.

The Expiry Date in the BRP is Dec 2024 but the Right to Work end Date is 2026.

1. What should I enter in the Visa Application Form as the BRP Expiry Date?
2. If I enter Dec 2024, will I only get IHS refund for 1 year? Or do I need to enter 2026 to get the IHS refund of 3 years?

You enter the validity of your leave which is until 2026. The 31st of December 2024 is the maximum expiry possible for the BRP card which they will be phased out. Your visa is valid beyond that

You do not get any IHS refunds at all

Information on eVisas as all BPRs will be phased out from 1st Jan 2025
