Help requested - Applying for PBS, Start-up, Innovator or Global Talent – Partner (wife) visa

Post by Josh95 » Sun Dec 24, 2023 10:42 pm

Dear All
I have been recently awarded with Global Talent Visa.
Now I want to apply for my Wife's visa who are outside the UK.

First, when I am filling up my wife's application at the start it says

Which visa has Josh applied for or been granted? Global Talent visa - stage 2
Do you have one of these reference numbers? (Required)
Yes, I have their UAN
Yes, I have their Home Office reference number
Yes, I have their VAF number
Yes, I have their GWF number
No, I do not have any of these reference numbers for them

My question is that I have the BRP number with me but there is no option to enter it.
I have the UAN number so I should enter this?

in the mandatory documents to be attached they say provide **Evidence of continued relationship while living apart or outside the UK**.
As she will be joining me after 5 years so marriage certificate will be enough?

Help requested - Applying for PBS, Start-up, Innovator or Global Talent – child visa

Post by Josh95 » Sun Dec 24, 2023 10:48 pm

I am on a Global Talent Visa
when I am filling up my child's application who is outside the UK at the start it says

Which visa has Josh applied for or been granted? Global Talent visa - stage 2
Do you have one of these reference numbers? (Required)
Yes, I have their Home Office reference number
Yes, I have their VAF number
Yes, I have their GWF number
No, I do not have any of these reference numbers for them

I don't have any of these, I have only the BRP number and the UAN number. So what should I select from the above?

- Your parent's or legal guardian's details
Who is your parent or legal guardian who has given consent for you to make this application?
Will it be me or her mother or both?

@Josh95 please DO NOT create a separate topic for each post. Keep it all here, as it's all related to one GTV application.

It's 11pm on a Christmas day. People here are unpaid volunteers and have their own duties/celebrations/families to spend time with. If someone is familiar with your query, they'll provide you with a response. Just be patient.
