Urgent Query?? Tier 1 General PBS application

Hi

I have recently switched my job in Nov 2008 from Company A to Company B. That means by the end of this month (Dec 2008), my status of employment for last 15 months is as follows : Oct 07 to Oct 08 (13 months) with Company A, and Nov 08 to Dec 08 (2 months) with Company B.

I hope everyone understands that it is very difficult to convey this message to the HR Manager of my new venture that i have applied for this VISA and he will soon recieve a call for my verification, when i am this new to the organisation.

QUERY 1: Can i show only Company A's earnings for 12 out of 15 months i.e from 01 Nov 07 to 31 Oct 08 (since this period comes under last 15 months tenure)???
IF YES : how wud these people react because the HR head of Company A would inform that this employee is no longer working with us. What should be done in this case
IF NO : Is it mandatory to show earnings from my NEW/RECENT employment??

QUERY 2: I accumulated sufficient Maintenance funds (Rupees 2.75 lacs) in my personal bank account on 20 sept 2008, so on 20 Dec 2008 my funds have been there in my account for 3 complete months. IS THERE ANY ISSUE IF I APPLY IMMEDIATELY i.e WITHIN next 15 days or so???
IF YES : How long should i wait and apply???


Please advice as i have to apply at the earliest

Yes you can show the only earnings from your Company A provided you are getting enough points with that income.

I suggest you to wait for another 3 to 4 days or till Christmas time as iam not sure about this and i have seen a debate going on about this in the forum about the calender months/days.

it is better to wait for 4 to 5 days instead of risking your 750 Pounds ( Fee ) and 3 to 4 Weeks of Time.

Also nowadays processing time lines are very quick and it is not taking more than 3 to 4 Weeks.

Caution: i have read some where in the forum about the rejection because of maitenance funds not there for a single day.dont be in a hurry and thoroghly check all the documents and points you are claiming.
