Dependent visa query

Am working in UK with ICT visa and my wife is working in IT with dependent visa. I got an new job offer with skilled worker visa. But my current employer has closed the deputation and asked to move back to base location(outside of UK). New employer agreed to raise skilled worker visa from base location.

1. Can my wife work remotely from india after my cos is curtailed as we are moving to base location? As i understand cos will be curtailed immediately as soon as we travel outside of uk. Note : my dependent working organization has agreed for 1 month of work from home outside of uk.
2. Will that create problems for dependent visa while applying in skilled worker visa from base location?

I am totally confused with the query… A bit of plain English might help.

I think the question is - once he has his new visa for his new U.K. employer does that impact the dependent visa. The answer being no - she carries on until it needs to be renewed at the expiry date.
