I am eligible to apply to naturalize as BC now and thinking ahead had the following questions:
1. I rent and my rental contract ends in June and I am likely to move out to another borough. In an event where the decision is delayed, how do I go about informing the address change to relevant authorities. Email nationalityenquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk and FurtherNationalityEnquiries@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk with your full name and URN of the application. You will need to attend the ceremony in the council you indicated in your application
2. Is my understanding correct that the grant date of BC will be the ceremony date and technically I can travel and re-enter UK using ILR BRP until the ceremony date (even after approval email)? Yes.
Thanks in advance!
As far as the signature looks like an actual signature (eg not a digital scribble or a typed signature) and it is consistent with the official signature it will be OK.bobcat wrote: ↑Fri Jan 19, 2024 9:19 amThanks for the quick reply contorted_svy.
Sorry another question - The reference form says to mention the name and DOB of applicant behind the photo and glue it to the form. Do we need to carry that physical form during Biometrics? Or can we use a digital photo and referee can sign that form using Apple pencil etc and upload them?
