spouse visa , is my devorce reconised from ajk mirpur pakistan

Hi i would like some help answering my questions regarding spouse visa and and my devorve from my x.

first wife and me both british, got married in ajk mirpur pakistan. no visa for uk applied or civil marriage in uk.

4 year ago wife taken a Khulla (devorce) in uk through Shariah council.

I was in ajk mirpur pakistan in Aug 2023 and i registered my the Khulla there with the appropraite department and aquired my devorce certificate .

then i got Married to my new wife from mirpur, .

my question is , can i now apply for my wifes spouse visa ?

Is the Devorce certicate sufficent for me to apply for my 2nd wifes spouse visa ?

Is my devorce reconised in uk ?

Do i need to have civil devorce from my ex in uk .

The divorce certificate you got is that like the Decree Absolute at the place it was issued/marriage contracted? If yes then you can proceed with application.

the devorce certificate is issued in akj Azaad Jamu Kashmir Mirpur and is a officaly accepted there..

Therefore im in dought if that is all required to prove to the home office my first marriage has legaly ended here in uk. .

Does this mean i dont need to have a legal devorce here in uk . ?
