can you please let me know what is required in the 'Provide evidence - Evidence upload' section of the graduate visa application? I dont want to go to that section yet as it will lock my answers.

Is the National Identity Card number requested in the PSW visa application form referring to the identification number on my home country's identity card, or should I provide the BRP (Biometric Residence Permit) number issued to me by the UK? Additionally, can I use my passport number as an alternative to the national identity card number, or are they considered the same for this application?

National identity card is NOT the same as a passport or brp.
Ignore the qeuetikn and answwr NO to the question "do you have a national identity card? Foreign national identity cards outside of europe are irrelevant to the uk.

They are irrelevant to the UK immigration and citizenship processes. They don't mean anything in the UK unless from an EU country. They are only relevant to your home country.

That's an ID card issued by your home country. There are separate sections asking for BRP and passport details.
When you answer yes, the form asks for ID number, issuing country and from/to validity dates. If you can provide this information go for it, otherwise select no.
It doesn't matter if you answer yes or no, both are acceptable in these applications. UKVI has no power to confirm this information.

Hi, my wife and I are applying for graduate visa (mine) and graduate dependent (my wife). The problem is, in my wife's application, they have asked for my visa expiry date in the following manner:
You're joining or remaining with this person in the UK
Visa expiry date
Add their visa expiry date
I have just applied for the graduate visa and have not heard for the outcome yet. What should I mention here?

I am in UK on a student dependent visa and my husband has recently applied for graduate visa and graduate dependent visa for me. My question is, while my graduate dependent visa is being processed, can I travel abroad during this time while I wait for a decision?

Your application then will be withdrawn.
34K. Where a decision on an application for permission to stay has not been made and the applicant travels outside the common travel area their application will be treated as withdrawn on the date the applicant left the common travel area.

Hi,
can you please send the official reference link to this rule. I want to make sure that this is the rule as a colleague just shared that their dependant travelled outside the area while the decision was pending.

The text is there - you could've just looked it up.

Hi, I urgently need an answer to this one.
My wife is on a student dependent visa in uk and we have recently applied for graduate and graduate dependent visa. The problem is, she is in uk only for a month. People who have had experience with this, is it common to get your visa approved in 4 weeks? I know the website says 8 weeks but her student dependent visa took only 3 weeks. I am hoping the visa gets approved otherwise I will have to pay for fast track service, or might have to mess with the flight (her return flight is booked) What is the rightful thing to do in this case?

You cannot pay for fast track service AFTER you have already submitted.
No one can tell how long it will take.
You should have waited to book a return flight as you risk losing money if the visa isnt approved in time.
All you can do is wait.

After the Graduate (PSW) visa has been granted, is it permissible for the dependant of a Graduate visa holder to stay outside the UK for a duration of 6 to 8 months or more? Additionally, are there any time restrictions imposed on the period a dependant can stay outside the UK?

Is it ok to request an escalation of the dependent visa application with the Home Office, citing the urgent need for the dependent to return to their job or internship in the home country?

That would be an odd reason for this request, to say the least.
UKVI would ask: why did the applicant apply for a visa to stay in the UK if they work - and live - in the home country?
In any case, you already were advised that an application cannot be sped up once it has been submitted.

No, but travelling without it would involve needing to declare it lost, applying for a single-use replacement outside the UK in order to get back, then applying for a full replacement when you return.
But given that you appear from this topic to be keen to make every aspect of both your and your dependants applications as complex as possible, you might enjoy that.

Is it possible to go for an express service (outcome in 1 week) for the dependant but a standard service (approximately 2 months) for the main applicant? And what if the dependant is granted a visa and the main applicant is rejected the visa? What will be the status of the dependant in such a case given that they would have already been granted a visa earlier.

No you cant. A dependent cannot be granted a visa before the main visa applicant is.
Additionally, if your visa is refused, the dependent visa will automatically also be refused.
As already advised, you cannot fast track an application after you have already submitted it.
