Sponsorship license priority service no response one month

My prospective employer has applied for a sponsorship license over a month ago on 14th december and got the priority service as well. However, there has been no response from HO. Even emails sent to the business desk for followup have not been replied. Anyone been in this situation? any advice what to do?

What industry is the potential sponsor? What role are you anticipating getting a visa for?

The application looks likely to have come out of priority service and is either in the standard process or has been selected for a visit.
