Undefined CoS - Skilled Worker Visa

Hello Guys
This is regarding CoS waiting time for Skilled worker Visa
My company had applied for undefined CoS 3 weeks ago but we have heard nothing yet. I am currently working with the same company (under graduate visa) hence the undefined CoS. Any idea on how much time is it taking for this to be approved?
Also, since The UK will be changing the Salary threshold from April 2024, and what would happen IF worst case scenario this CoS is not accepted till then? Would the date of applying CoS be considered?
