Can Non-born child can apply for ILR dependant after 5 years of completion

Hi,

I have query regarding my daughter (under 18) who is born outside of uk,came to uk 2015, dec. When I got my general visa I added her as my dependent so technically she was my dependent continuous 5 years.Now I got my ILR, Can my daughter apply for ILR dependent now ? Note: [My husband still not received his ILR (works on skilled visa, to receive ILR one more year to go)] or my daughter needs to wait for my spouse to get the ILR then apply for her's ?

Note: I am not sole responability for my daughter.

Please clarify on the above.

Kids born outside UK follow path of least privileged parent.

Your spouse needs ILR before your child can get one.
