Need guidance on ILR eligibility under 5 year route

hi, I am on Tier 2 general visa and not sure about when I will be eligible for ILR application under Tier 2 General/Skilled worker visa route. I switched to Tier 2 General visa during Covid-19, here are some of the dates:
Came to UK on Tier 2 ICT dependent - 04-DEC-2017. I understand this will not be counted.
Applied for Tier 2 General visa - 01-07-2020
COS Start date - 27-07-2020
Application approval date - 24/09/2020
Visa Expiry date - 09-08-2025

Since it was Covid-19 time, I didn't have to travel back to home country to get the stamping done. Also, there was guidance at that time that we can start working for employer if employees have a valid COS. Can you please provide some guidance on when can I apply for ILR.
