rule 320 (11) violation

Post by zchavp2 » Thu Dec 25, 2008 5:06 pm

Please can someone help me?

I am a British citizen and my husband is in India after returning voluntarily and has been refused entry to UK on the grounds of violation of rule 320 (11).

What are the possibilities of appealing against this decision? also does anyone else have similar experience of this?

I wish I could say differently but it is too early to tell. That is, we really need to see how AIT hearings in the UK react when a refusal includes under para 320(11).

In a few months time it will be much clearer. I can only encourage you to make an appeal, and ensure that the case is well argued at the AIT hearing.
