Skilled worker expiring soon and awaiting COS - need to file FLR

Post by vin4life » Tue Feb 06, 2024 11:54 am

Hi there,

I want to explore the options for my stay in the UK. My COS is expiring end of this week. My employer has applied for COS on priority service but no update from home office as of yet. My solicitor has advised to file FLR until my COS is allocated. Once I have allocated COS then i will switch my application to skilled worker route.
Please can someone confirm if this is the right option to FLR?

Which form of FLR i should file until i have received COS?

Lastly my solicitor said FLR fees is £4.5k on top of his fee. Any guidance will be highly appreciated.
