passport validity

Post by AShaziya » Mon Feb 12, 2024 9:44 am

My brother is on skilled visa (IT) since Feb 2023. He was about to apply for dependent visa for his family (wife and 2 sons) just noticed the youngest son (5years old) indian passport expiring on 28/08/2024. can he apply for visa? or need to renew passport?

So he is applying now and passport is valid for another six months?
Don't think that's an issue as long as passport is valid at time of application.
