Hi everybody ,

I got a strange doubt. Yes rather it is ............ I am at present on my IGS which is going to expire on june 30/2009 .

I may get one more year as per new so called PSW rules. Here my doubt is that do i need to apply for one more year contiguously or is there any chance of applying it at some time later .If it is with in how much time frame.

I went through the home office website but of little help. So , please guys please respond to my doubt .

Thanks in advance

You have to apply for PSW before your IGS visa runs out. If you let your IGS run out you will not be granted any PSW as you will not have a right to be in the UK.
