Hello everyone

I am in need of your advice. I am currently on a Health and Care Worker Visa Sponsorship till 2027 but I just got another COS and I am in the process of submitting an application to change my job/employer. Some of the application questions asked are confusing.

My husband and I are separated, but this option was not given on the application page. Options available are:

Do you have a Partner?

1) No, I am single
2) Yes, I am married or have a civil partner
3) Yes, but we are not married or in a civil partnership

As we are currently not together, can I choose single? Although he is here in the UK but we've been separated for over 6 years. I'm not sure of his immigration status but they are asking questions about him. How do I handle this?

Secondly, I think I may have breached the conditions of my visa by having a side hustle. I'm able to sew clothes, and I had an account on ebay/ectsy selling clothes that i made. I didn't know that it wasn't permitted at the time but immediately I knew, I stopped the business and closed all the accounts. This is over 7 months now. Will this in anyway affect my application? Do I need to disclose this? If my request to change job/Sponsor is declined, will my visa be curtailed? Or I can continue with my current job/employer ? What are my chances of getting a positive response? Please guide me.
