need urgent help on psw and university fee issue

hi,

i applied for psw due to of wrong guidance before my final result of MSc dessertation and my psw visa was refused on the bases that i donot have my final project result yet now. home office send me the appeal documents.

now-a-days , i am facing financial problems and cannot not able to pay the remaning fee at once before appeal. i am paying my fee in installment.

i am sending my new result including final project result and also a letter from my university that university will award me degree in feb 2009. but problem is that they wrote on letter that if i will not pay my all dues before graduation date then university will not give me degree on this graduation . they will award me degree when i will pay my remaining tution fee.

my question is that is home office have any concern about my university fee or not. and will they refuse my appeal on this base that i did not yet clear my university dues. or they will not care about it. becz in appeal i am removing their objection which is final peoject result . now i am sending my full result.

I think u'll be best of speaking to their help line but I doubt that they will approve it seeing that your fees is not paid up to date. I wish you all the best and hope it turns out fine for you.
