HSMP Dependents (Non Tier 1)

Hi,
I'm on HSMP visa, live in work in the UK. I was first granted visa in april 2006 and later on i got extension for 4 years till 2011 on the basis on new rules that was placed after Nov 2006.

The main question is i've recently got married in my home country and i want to call my wife in the UK as an HSMP (non tier 1) dependent. I want to know which application form do i need to fill in whether its a VAF 2 or VAF 10 or somehting else... also who need to put in the application me or my wife and what sort of proof i have to be given... please help me in this regards.

Your wife needs to submit the application. The dox requirement is provided in VAF-10 form (page-7) itself. Also refer to the guidance for filling the VAF-10 form here
