ILR application date

Hi all

Trust all are well.

I submitted spouse visa application on 15/08/2019.

Under 5 year route, can I submit ILR application on 16/07/2024?

this will be 28 days before completing qualifiying period based on date of application rather than date of decision or date of entry into UK

If I apply late(but within 28 days of eligibility)will ILR status be granted retrospectively and back date to earliest eligibility?

The qualifying period for ilr on a spouse visa starts from the date you entered the uk.

The date of application and date of decision is irrelevant for calculating the start of the qualifying period.

No. Ilr is granted from the date of ukvi decision.
