Continuous Residence Application

Post by hedet » Sat Feb 24, 2024 9:21 pm

Hi,
Looking to apply for ILR via the continuous residence route. However, I've got a 9 day gap. I fell ill in December of 2018 and had to go back home on the 9th of Feb, 2019 to be with family. I returned back to the 17th of August 2019. I have NHS notes of my illness as well as proof of medical care in Nigeria, coupled with witness statements from my friends who were with me at the time of my illness.

Does my application stand a chance?
