first of all, i would like to say thank you to everyone who supports people on here. This forum has been really helpful.
I am applying for a spouse visa for my wife who is indonesian to come stay with me in the UK. We are planning to apply in early february.
I am currently staying in a 6 bedroom HMO with 2 lounges. the landlady has been very helpful but she has not handled a spouse visa before. She has given me a tenanacy agreement saying that she is okay with my wife to come over and stay.
She has a HMO license from the local council which states that the maximum number of occupants is 7 with the maximum number of household is six. There are currently 6 people in the house including me, so with my wife coming over that would be 7 occupants in total.
I am currently living in a ensuite double bedroom, there are 3 toilets in total (including my private one)
Would i still need a property inspection report? this document does clearly states it won't be overcrowded and is provided by the local council.

I am also trying to fill in the accommodation part of the online form but it's asking me for all my house mates information, which would be difficult to get due to data protection and i cannot 100% confirm if they're all willing to share.

what would be my solution with this since i cannot guarantee i can get all my house mates the information and there's no guarantee that they'll be there when i apply in february. Can I put NA and say to contact my landlady if they want more information in the cover letter?
