IHS PAYMENT REQUEST

I have received a request of top up IHS payment for my child dependent visa a few days ago. Can someone help as to what this means? At the end of that request the case worker writes, The application has been amended for the IHS payment request. The Visa type will appear as, Settlement- Child Under 18 and Granted LLTR. Does this mean the visa has been granted already? Can someone help

It means you need to pay the IHS fees as requested so the visa can be granted
