FLR(M) to ILR

Hi All,
So our FLR extension was successful today. Thanks for all your help.

We now have some confusion on the ILR dates. Time timelines for my spouse visa is as follows
1. Dependant entered the UK Sept 2017 on a Dependant Tier 2 visa
2. Date Settlement obtained for Primary applicant (29 March 2021)
3. FLR-M application date on (07 June 2021)
4. BRP date of issue (29 July 2021)
5. Passport issued for Primary applicant (Nov 2022), not sure if it is relevant but kept it here for completeness.
5. FLR_M extension application date (07 Feb 2024)
6. BRP date of issue (06 Mar 2024) valid until Sept 2026(exact date unknown as the BRP is valid till 31 Dec 2024)

The query is when will my wife be eligible to apply for ILR ,for what date is it being counted please.

The date her flr m was granted is the start of the qualifying period for ilr.

Why did she change visa categories?

Thanks for responding....so i had applied on a tier 2 ICT long term 10 year route, she had a break in between for 2 years where she was in India hence I had to apply for ILR and she then had to move into FLR (M).

So based on the response FLR (M) granted will be 29 July 2021 which is the issue date for BRP?. Is this understanding correct ?

This can be between date of decision or date on BRP depending on which is earliest.
