Skilled worker Dependent visa extension when main applicant yet to get ILR Decision

Hi All,

From sponsorship, I got UK visa and extension as below
21/02/2019 - 9/12/2021
24/05/2021 – 15/04/2024
I have applied for my ILR(appointment on 15 March 2024) and yet to receive my decision

My partner has Skilled Worker/Tier2 dependent visa up to 15th April 2024 same as my current BRP. They entered UK on 11th July 2022. So by 15th March 2024 they will complete 1 year 9 months. So, need to extend their dependent visa.

from the website it says as below:

You can include your partner and children on your application if they’re eligible.

Your partner and children can apply separately at a later date, for example if they’re not eligible yet. They can continue to extend their visa as your Skilled Worker or T2 dependant, even after you get indefinite leave to remain.

As she is not eligible to apply for ILR, I am trying to extend her visa without resetting the 5 year Route for ILR, Also Can i apply her application while I am waiting for my ILR decision? is this the right way to not reset the 5 year route?

I have filled the application form and when moving to IHS section, I am facing some date related issues as below:

1. It is asking “work start date and work end date" of main applicant.
As per my CoS, my start date is 24-05-2021 and end date 15- 04-2024. Do I have to use this ? and i am yet to get my ILR , which date will be used for start and end date ?

2. As per BRP, visa expiry date was 15th April 2024 (old BRP returned to Home office)
Which date should be entered for the "visa expiry date of main applicant"?

Could any one help me for the above queries.
