I hope everyone is doing fine
I am interested in understanding if there are any transitional provisions or guidelines in place for individuals currently on skilled worker visas, considering the recent changes announced in immigration policies.
I would appreciate clarification on the salary requirements for individuals transitioning to new employment while on a skilled worker visa. For instance, if an individual currently holds a skilled worker visa with a salary threshold of £25,000 per annum and decides to change employment, would the new employment need to meet the updated salary threshold of £38,700 for qualification after 4th of April?
