Spouse visa renewal enquiry

Greetings,

I came in UK on tier 2 visa on march 2021. I got married in August 2021 and registered my marriage with council in Nov 2021. I changed my visa status from tier 2 to spouse in march 2022(I believe the ilr clock restarted then). My BRP is expiring in October 2024. Here are my questions

1) will I be eligible to apply for Ilr after Oct 2024? On spouse visa am I allowed to have Ilr after 3 years or I have to complete 5 years?
2) if not then what's the earliest time I can apply for renewal of BRP? Asking to apply early as it might get expensive if I choose near the time
3) what documents would be needed for renewal of BRP?
4) do I need to apply through solicitor or can I do the whole process by myself?

2) if not then what's the earliest time I can apply for renewal of BRP? Asking to apply early as it might get expensive if I choose near the time you are not renewing BRP, you will be applying for extension of spouse visa FLRM. This should be done before expiry of the current leave you have.
3) what documents would be needed for renewal of BRP?

Between 28days to complete 30months in UK on current spouse visa to the expiry date on BRP is when you can apply for your FLRM.
