What visa did she come to the uk on?

She applies for a visa category same as your sppuse has, child settlment visa.

Not sure what made you believe she qualifies for citizenship, she doesnt. You becoming british doesn't give her any entilememt or right to apply for citizenship.

She follows the same immigration path as your spouse and needs ilr first.

A child born abroad is eligible for registration under discretion when either
(a) both the child and one parent has ILR AND the other parent is a British citizen, or,
(b) the child has lived for ten continuous years in the UK and is still under the age of 18.

As CR001 has mentioned, your child is not eligible for registration at the moment as neither the child nor the other parent have ILR.
