Why our sponsor licence allocation only 1 COS?

Dear Members,

We got our sponsor licence certificate finally but it says in there
"Your allocation for skilled worker
the maximum number of skilled worker certificates of sponsorship you can issue is 1"

Please see the image link above why we have only 1 cos ? We do not know about it much and we need help to be honest.

We actually need 3 Cos for our business what is the reason why we limited only 1 and how can we get 2 more COS ?

You need to apply for the additional 2 COS via SMS.
AND you need to make sure you apply for the correct type of COS, this depends on whether the individuals you wish to employ are currently in the UK or not.
