Hi,

My cousin wants to apply for skilled worker visa and she needs B1 Level English test.

She has episodic paroxysmal anxiety so she using(XANAX,DESYHEL,ZEDPREX)

If we get report from hospital which is showing that these pills are affecting the mind so has difficulty to pass the exam. If we get doctor's report.

Can she exempt from English exam ?

Thanks

Unlikely. B1 is not a difficult test and doesn't even take long to do.

Does she have a foreign degree that can be assessed by ecctis?

What sector/industry will she be working in?

Any degree taught (outside of the UK) in English can be assessed by ecctis / if that helps.
Exemptions from holding the SELT are extremely limited across the entire spectrum of visa types.
Skilled worker route has no such exemptions.
