all colleges named here

hi
as far as i know all colleges mentioned here are doing dodgy certificate business. As well as they are teaching students. But students are unlucky in the sense that they have nothing to do with college authority doing certificate business.They are unaware what is going on under cover. These colleges are known to be very good teaching institute and they are on listed bodies and dius register. I think it is HO failure to let culprits run the colleges.
