Long residence - Absence more than 6 months due to COVID

I would like to present my case and obtain opinion on the eligibility for ILR

1. Came to UK on 18th Aug 2014
2. Went back before Leave expire in 2019 (No Overstaying)
3. Came back on 23rd Sep 20194. Went back to India on 15th June 2020
5. Came back on 3rd Mar 2021 (more than 8 months gap)
a. The gap is due to COVID and I am diabetic (Letter from NHS is available)
b. COVID positive in India (took treatment) , Documents available
c. While I was abroad my Wife and Children were staying in the UK and I have paid Rent, Bills etc

Please suggest if I am eligible to apply for ILR in AUG 2024?
