Hello, may I ask a question about ILR document? I am working in the UK with Skilled worker visa. I checked the questions asked by other people, the document list for ILR is: your latest payslip and bank statement, an employer letter, LIUK pass and proof of your English language level.

For the employer letter, does it need my previous employers to prove my working experience or just the current employer's letter to prove my current role?
