Unpaid leave -healthcare visa

Post by Janani » Sat Apr 13, 2024 7:53 pm

Dear all,

I am under healthcare visa and I am willing to travel to my country for 4 weeks . Employer will
Apply 2 weeks paid and 2 weeks unpaid for my request . My questions are
1. 2 weeks unpaid holiday will be a problem for my visa?
2. Will be a problem when I apply for ILR in 5 years ?

Thanks
Janani
