Tier 1 - Information needed

Post by Padma » Mon Dec 29, 2008 12:11 pm

Hi All,

I am planning to apply under Tier1 category and want to have some information. Could anyone please help me in providing it.

I am planning to apply for my husband and 2 kids along with me as my dependents. Both of the kids are below 18. In this case,

1. Do I have to pay the fees (application fees) for my husband?
2. Do I have to pay the fees (application fees) for my kids?
3. Should there be a separate form filled for the kids even though they are below 18?
4. I have maintained a fund of GBP 2800+1600+1600+1600 (for myself and three dependents) is it sufficient?

Thanks & Regards,
Prajakta

If applying from outside the UK, then
Visa fees wrote:Dependants are charged the same fee as the main applicant. All dependants who are travelling must pay the fee whether or not they are included in the main applicant's passport.

Information needed for dependents fees

Post by Padma » Fri Jan 02, 2009 8:03 am

Hey,

Thanks for your reply. Could I please know, Where could I find this information on UK Home office website?

I want to have more clarity about the dependents.

If the dependents have to fill separate forms and same fees as main applicant, what advantage we have to fill them together.

Many thanks for your co-operation
