Forgot to upload third party declaration for my son skilled worker dependent visa application

Hi Members,

While submitting evidence for skill dependent visa for 4 year old child (applying inside uk), it is asking for evidence as below.

People applying with you evidence
Your birth certificate, unless provided in a previous successful application as a PBS dependant

Living arrangements evidence
1-Your bank statements showing you have been supported by your parents for the past three months
2-Letter from your university or college confirming your enrolment and attendance
3-Your parent’s bank statements showing their financial support for the past three months

We do not have the bank account for child, what evidence do I need to submit for it?
also he is studying in school and not in college or university so what should be done for second evidence? A letter from school is enough.

The forms are generic hence some outlandish/odd bit due to its 1 size fit all. Provide what you can.

Hi All,
I am Kalyani. Recently I have submitted skilled worker dependent application for my son. I have uploaded consent form signed by both parents. But forgot to upload part 3 third party declaration(family consent). Even while uploading evidence I didn't seen anywhere asking that third party declaration need to upload.

Will it cause any problem for my son visa?
Please help on this.

Third party declaration is not needed. Not sure what you mean by family consent.

Hi Thanks for your response. That folder is named as family consent and it contains part 1 part 2 and part 3 ( Third party declaration). So no problem right if I don't upload third party declaration
