I APPEALIED PWS DATED 02OCTOBER2009 AND I RECEIVED MY PASSPORT BACK DATED 21/DECEMBER WITH A REFUSAL LETTER THAT I COULDNOT FILL THE REQUIRMENT OF MENTIANCE £800 POUNDS.ACUTALLY I SENT MY FOUR BANK STATMENT WITH MY CASE.IN 120 DAYS IN MONTHS MY BALACE WAS MORE THAN £800 POUNDS.BUT IN SETEMBER IT WENT DOWN TO 670POUNS BECAUSE I WITHRALL MONEY TO GIVE ROOM RENT TO MY LANDHORD,AND FORGOT THAT ABOUT 800 POUNDS REQUIRMENT.NEXT DAY I PUTT IT BACK .STILL I HAD TO APPLY BEUCASE MY LEAVE WAS EXPIRING

WAHT YOU GUYS SUGGEST ME IF I APPEAL AND I PROVIDE LAST SIX MONTHS STATMENT TILL NOW WITH GOOD BALANCE.WILL THEY CONSIDER THIS OR NOT.
AS I LEAVE AS EXPIRED I DONT HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE,OTHEN THEN APPEAL.
IF THEY DISMISS MY APPEAL AND I GO BACK MY HOME COUNTRY.IF I APPLY FROM THERE WITH ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND PLUS MORE THAN £2800 BANK STATMENT LAST THREE MONTHS.
WILL I BE GREANTED VISA OR NOT IF DISCLOSE THAT I BEEN REFUSED ALREADY IN UK.

No point in appealing as the refusal was correct - as the PSW visa is a PBS one there is no descretion, you pass or you fail, even by 1p and you failed on funds.

unfortunately, the guy above is right. Discretion time is gone and is now replaced with purely numerical reasoning. As seen in my other post, I also was refused on maintenance grounds on the first occassion only to be granted the visa the second time.

You have no levy room, so the other alternative is to re-apply from your home country - this is what I have done. That will mean 3 months of 2800 balance. sorry, not much of good news!

I can't get your point here. Did u apply on 20th october 2008 for your psw?

If that is the case then you don't need to show 800 pounds for the three months. Your end balance should be 800 pounds and this only for the transitional period i.e. before 31st october, 2008.

In this case your closing balance should only be 800 pounds for one month.
I guess you can phone UKBA or appeal as clearly you have 800 pounds at the time of posting your application i.e before 31st october.
