maintenance rule before 31 october 2008?

maintenance rule before 31 october 2008?

hi all
anyone can tell me about the mentinance rule plz.was it that applicant have to have 800 pounds hold minimum balance in last three months in the bank or it was just a requirment of 800 pounds closing balnce.before 31 october2008. when people were applying.
