Hi!

I am Software Engineer. I am planning to apply for Tier 1 HSMP. I am having experience around 8+ years in Software Development and currently working for US based company in India.

If I do some job which is irrelevant to my professional like job in stores, restaurants for my survival during initial period of 1-2 months, is it offensive/illegal??

OR I can do any jobs which is not related to my professional if I am paying a proper tax?
