hi guys
i m in very diff situation i wana ask you a question if you can help me i was a student of lloyds college and i jus studied at that college for 3 months and as you know wht happened to lloyds college students i tried to fight in ait but due to wrong solicitor been hired i have been rejected cause of lapse of time and even came back home voluntry but my alot of mates have won the case in ait and got leave to remain,i came back before 1st of october and tried to do appeal outside of country appeal but that has been rejected aswell that i have not been allowed to appeal against homeoffice decision,its cleary mention in home office letters that i have been allowed to appeal outside of country, the prob is as i m engaged in u.k with my cousin and its over a year now and we jus engaged in family we didnt do the engagement in english way now i wana ask that can i apply for a fiancee visa will there be any obstructions and my fiancee she is 20 years old now and she is doing a job we got proof our pics and itomised mobile bills that we were in contact and which visa do i have to apply i mean will that be marriage vist or spouse visa thank you hope will here from you soon

Both parties have to be 21 for a fiance/e visa.
