Dependent Child After main applicant had ILR

Hello,

My query is about my kid but I will first state my status to make it clear.
I had a Skilled Worker visa valid to March 2025.
I switched from Skilled Worker to Global Talent visa. My Global Talent is valid only to August 2024.
I had the ILR based on the Global Talent route.

My kid has a Dependent visa on the Skilled Worker so it is valid to March 2025.

We are not sure when should we apply to extent the Dependent Child visa? Should we do that before August 2024 as this is the last expiry date for the visa I had before the ILR, OR should we apply by March 2025 as the visa is valid to this date.
