I am in the UK with a skilled worker visa. During my annual leave overseas my father had a health issue and I took 2 days paid "time off for dependent leave " for the days he stayed in hospital from my employer. That year I used all my annual leave plus those 2 dependent leaves as a block. Those days are approved by my manager and are recorded in employers system. If my employer lists those days in absence evidence letter as time off for dependents while i am applying for ILR will those 2 days create any problem due to
-Being paid leave
-I am being outside uk on those days
-My father (who I used dependant leave for ) living outside uk.
-Would that be recognized as some kind of sabbatical leave which is not allowed at all
