Renew tier2 dependant visas when main applicant obtains ilr

Hi
I kindly request guidance to the following . My partner recently got his ILR in June 2024.My son and I are his dependants and our visas are expiring in July 2024 and are not eligible for ILR until September 2025. We are finding it difficult to find which form to use to extend our dependant visas as we no longer have a start and end date of the work visa since he has ILR as well as when calculating for IHS. So which form should we use in our case ? Looking forward to your guidance .
