Home Offices records show that you previously applied for entry clearance on Tier 4
(General) Student - LTE visa, issued on 23 August 2009. This visa was valid until 13
June 2013.
You breached the Immigration rules in 2012 by working more than 20 hours a week.
The maximum hours you could work as a student was 20 hours per week. You were
then held in detention and removed from the UK at public expense.
You did not disclose the fact that you breached UK Immigration Law by working more
than 20 hours per week on a student visa and the fact that you were removed at
public expense.
Consequently, your application is also refused under paragraphs
9.7.1 of Part 9
I am therefore satisfied that you have made false statements in your visa application
form in order to bypass immigration rules. As such, this application falls for refusal
under
SW 27.1 of Appendix Skilled Worker with reference to part 9.7.1 of the
immigration rules.
