Pls I need urgent help cause Application was Rejected cause employer was unable to make ISC payment.

The ISC payment expired when I don’t know thinking my employer has made payments. So visa got rejected cause the payment wasn’t made. My employer said the link expired and new one was not sent. We can we do in this situation.
