New Entrant Skilled Worker Visa

Hi,

What would be the genuine test of new entrant skilled worker (18 years old Worker) ? If some has Certain diploma lets say in Plumbing which is one year or 6 months diploma. He is about to start his job and has not experience enough yet. What would be the genuine test of this worker ? If interview is called. Would he be asked about Technical questions ? how to prepare his case for best to best chances?

Plumbing is a hands on practical and technical work. Such person must know their onions about the job and should expect being asked as such appropriate to the job role.
You won't expect a comparing providing sponsorship for a worker who does not merit it.
